You may return your items for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
Is the return shipping free?
No, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Customer pays return postage; no restocking fees.
Can I exchange an item?
If you would like to swap an item for a different one, please email us at info@orizelle.com We will guide you through the exchange process. Just remember that you can only exchange unused items within 30 days of the delivery date.
When will I receive my refund?
Up to 10 days after inspection.
